DELIVERY

BarbieHandbags.com offers Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders. We use DHL, FedEx, EMS, USPS or UPS depending on your delivery location. Please allow up to 7-days after your payment date for the arrival of the order. Your delivery is usually shipped the same day as your order is placed. We will provide a tracking number within 1-2 business days from the date your order is placed.

BarbieHandbags.com pays the customs duties in advance, so you will not pay customs duty. Please indicate a valid telephone number with your address as we may contact you by phone if there are any problems with delivery.


RETURNS

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please note that the return must be requested within 7-calendar days from the date of delivery. Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error made by us. All returns and exchanges must be requested no later than 7-calendar days after receiving the product. We will issue an RAN (Return Authorization Number) for your return or exchange. We will pay the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. If you received damaged or wrong merchandise, we advise you to immediately contact our Customer Service Department within and no later than 5-business days. No fees are due if the return is caused by a fault made on our part (wrong order shipped, etc.) Your purchase is shipped in brand new condition; unless otherwise noted. All return items must be in the same new or gently used condition as they were received, depending on whether you purchased a new or gently used handbag. All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unused condition, before the can be accepted for a total refund. Refunds are made within 1-2 business days of receipt. It is our policy to return the funds back to the original credit or debit card that was used to make the initial purchase. If we are unable to refund your original credit or debit card, we will then issue a company check.

All return items must be returned in new and unused condition, or gently used condition, if you purchased from our gently used inventory. You must include the manufacturer boxes and with all paperwork, tags, etc. (this includes warranties and authenticity cards) parts and accessories (including dust bags) to insure full credit. NOTHING SHOULD BE TAPED TO THE BOX or item. The shoes or handbag box and any other items must be sent back inside a corrugated box (like the one it came in) to prevent any damage. Your return of merchandise will not be accepted if it is not sent back in the proper new condition. Returns not accepted will be shipped back to you at your cost. Worn shoes are not exchangeable or returnable. The shoes must be returned in the same new condition as they were received. Save the box that the shoes were shipped in. Refunds are processed after checking returned items integrity and credits may take up to 1-2 business days
